Adai (pronounced aa- day) - $4.00

- with the powers of all lentils and rice combined this has all the makings of a nutritious crepe

Pesarattu (pronounced pess- aa- rat- oo) - $4.00

- a more mellow version of crepes that inherits a verdant aura from lush green lentils

Pani Puri- $3.00

-Shells of wheat flour filled with a spicy mix of potatoes and tamarind water.

Vegetable Biriyani - $4.00

- a hot, savoury rice dish with a mix of delicately cooked vegetables and exquisite spices.

Thaali - $5.00

- the thread that ties together white rice, with channa masala, aloo fry and sambar

Paalpayasam (pronounced paal- pai- sam) - $2.00

- prominently referred to as the king of sweets. This one is a 'I must have' dish! This is a dessert made with rice and milk.
